. Shipping to all of Metropolitan Lima takes a maximum of 4 days.
Shipments to the province will be tracked, and daily updates on your order will be provided.
Delivery hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
If the cardholder is not the person receiving the order, they must provide the corresponding information for the person who will receive it: ID of the person who made the purchase, proof of payment, ID of the person who will receive the order, and cell phone number.
If no one is available to receive the order, a US$10 penalty will be applied. Once the penalty has been paid, the next delivery date will be scheduled.
Tickets or invoices will be sent to the email address provided within a maximum of 4 business days after purchase.
Warranty
All of our pieces are made in 18k gold; we do not manufacture under any other standard. Each piece comes with a lifetime warranty, which only covers material and manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. For rings, the warranty covers reduction or enlargement of three national sizes.
